Who is a marketing manager?
Simply put, a marketing manager is a person who oversees the marketing aspect of a business. The person has to lead the marketing efforts for a business. Though the duties of a marketing manager may vary widely depending on the size and nature of an organization, he/she is responsible for creating awareness about the brand, evaluating market demand, organizing and managing campaigns, promoting products/services, brand development, and positioning, planning and executing marketing strategies, etc.
A marketing manager, he/she take charge of all marketing campaigns for the company/department. Working closely with executives, I develop comprehensive budgets, expense estimations, and targets, aligning creative direction with the company’s strategic goals. I prepare a roadmap for advertising and sales promotion, specifying the channels of distribution for goods and services.
My role extends to creating and implementing marketing strategies and inventive tactics across various channels. I manage public relations, addressing internal and external challenges as they arise. Promoting the business, product, or service, I organize promotional events to ensure the right message reaches the right audience, attracting prospective customers and retaining existing ones.
